The challenge: transform the iconic Grand Lobby into an immersive world that would captivate guests, generate citywide buzz, and set a new luxury entertainment benchmark.

We conceived The Peninsula Express—a living storybook rather than a series of performances. Each year, the narrative evolved into an emotional journey of music, movement, and spectacle. Every creative detail, from choreography to lighting, was designed to make guests feel they had truly boarded the express, turning the hotel lobby into a universe of its own.

Over three consecutive seasons, BPM Productions delivered a full-scale immersive festive program featuring:
