The Brief
The Peninsula Hong Kong aimed to reinvent its festive season, moving beyond traditional programming to create an unforgettable experience. The challenge: transform the iconic Grand Lobby into an immersive world that would captivate guests, generate citywide buzz, and set a new luxury entertainment benchmark.
The Approach
We conceived The Peninsula Express—a living storybook rather than a series of performances. Each year, the narrative evolved into an emotional journey of music, movement, and spectacle. Every creative detail, from choreography to lighting, was designed to make guests feel they had truly boarded the express, turning the hotel lobby into a universe of its own.
The Execution
Over three consecutive seasons, BPM Productions delivered a full-scale immersive festive program featuring:
Custom Artistry: Original concepts, scripts, scores, and choreography tailored to an evolving annual narrative.
Theatrical Design: Vibrant staging, bespoke costumes, and lighting that transformed the heritage space.
Technical Excellence: Precise setup within a historic landmark under demanding, high-pressure timelines.
Live Performance: A world-class cast that brought the story to life with precision and emotional depth.
